About Ella
Ella is a bilingual (English/Russian) Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Her philosophy focuses on helping people to regain their mental health, recapture peace and attain emotional stability.
She uses the wisdom of ancient traditions as well as the mastery of prominent psychologists, philosophers, and spiritual leaders.
These teachings support her work in revealing the inner workings of the mind-body-emotion balance of her clients.
She helps people to understand their thoughts and emotions, enabling them to recognize their behavioral patterns. Once these patterns are identified, clients are given the tools to be their own healers.
Ella’s hypnosis practice is predicated upon 21 years of work in highly stressful corporate environments.
Since that time, using her own techniques, she has assisted countless numbers of colleagues to mitigate corporate stress and to live healthier, more balanced lives.
Ella has a Masters Degree in Psychology and is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and a Guided Imagery Facilitator.
She works with the clients in the areas of stress management, anger control, depression and anxiety disorders, relationships, behavioral issues, habit control, eating disorders. She provides therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups.
Ella continues to expand her education in psychotherapy by constantly attending workshops, conferences and seminars.
She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), the American Hypnosis Association (AHA),and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH).
Currently, Ella shares her time between Personal Growth Institute (PGI) and Stone Eagle Retreat.
Personal Growth Institute is a not for profit organization that offers psychotherapy services to the multi-cultural and multi-lingual population.
PGI offers services at four locations of Irvine, Tarzana, Pasadena and Westwood in the state of California, USA.
Stone Eagle Retreat is the first residential & outpatient rehabilitation center to partner directly with Prometa.
Combining the biological intervention with a professional staff. Stone Eagle Retreat is leading the way in innovative and lasting substance abuse and dependence therapy.
